The ring conveyor belt refers to the conveyor belt that has been made into a jointless ring conveyor belt during the production process. The strength of the belt core joint can reach 90% of the strength of the belt body, and there is no obvious joint defect on the surface of the belt.
Therefore, the belt is balanced in transportation and has a small elongation in use. The belt core of the ring conveyor belt is made of high-quality cotton or woven canvas, generally 2-6 layers or NN-200 nylon canvas (or polyester canvas) as a strong layer.
Our company can produce ordinary, heat-resistant (≤120oC), cold-resistant (not less than -40oC), acid and alkali-resistant, high-temperature resistant (not higher than 150oC) and sanitary ring conveyor belts of suitable length, width and thickness according to customer needs.
