Certifications
1.Herring-bone pattern
There is herring-bone pattem higher than belt on the surface of belt.The profile may be either open-end or closed.
Each kind of pattern three types: high,medium and low.
2.Fan-shaped pattern
There is corss strip pattern hihger than belt on the surface of belt.The pattern is divided into three types: high,mediuh and low.
Each kind of pattern includes two types:sparse and dense- type according to pitch.
3.Strip pattern
There is half-fan-shaped(or quarter of round) pattern on the surface of belt.When the belt is grooved,the patterns joint together into
fan-shaped(of half round) which belongs to high-pattern type.
Number of wire ropesNote: The length of a single roll of conveyor belt is 100m - 300m.depending on its thickncss, width,transportation and installation conditions. The length shall be determined through discussion of supplier and buyer.
The quality of rubber belt vary with thickness and density of covering layer.
