Pvc solid woven conveyor Belt:
· Suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than16 degrees.coverthickness can be from 0.5 to 4 mm.
Nitrile covered PvG type:
· Suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees,thickness can be 1to8 mm.
· Resistance to wetness,slip, low temperature and wear resistance of the belt.

Features:
Synthetic fibers (polyester, nylon) and cotton fibers are after twisting and compiled as a solid carcass according to certain rules. The solid carcass is impregnated in PVC paste, coated with PVC cling, and is plasticized twice to be the finished PVC.
PVG is made from vulcanization of hanging rubber on the basis of PVC. Thin belt, light weight, high strength, good tear-resistant performance, good overall performance, good grooving performance , long service life, flame retardant performance, good static conductivity performance, low heat generation due to convexity friction, reliable safety performance, especially suitable for coal mine underground transport use, but also applicable to mines, docks transport materials.
Fully plastic solid carcass conveyor belt PVC type, used at an inclination of less than 16 degrees, dry conditions.
Rubber-faced solid carcass conveyor belt PVG type, used in applications with an inclination of less than 20 degrees, wet water conditions.
