Straight warp conveyor belt(SWbelt) is suitable for occasions with large conveying drop, large load capacity and high speed, and is widely used in mining, electric power, port and other industries.  

This tape uses 1-2 layers of SW canvas instead of multi-layer EP or nylon canvas, which can save 7-17% of the full thickness, improve the bending of the tape, and use smaller pulleys to make the tape run well, so that the length of the tape reaches 400-500 meters, reducing production loss. 
SW fabric layer adopts a special weaving method, which has high tensile strength, which greatly reduces the working elongation of the belt, and the special straight warp structure can absorb the impact force better than EP or nylon materials, prolonging the service life of the belt.
