Suitable for conveying materials such as coal, ore, stone or finished goods under conditions of medium and long distance, high load, high speed, high impact and heavy wear.
Variety: According to the properties of the conveyed materials and the use environment, it is divided into: ordinary type, heat-resistant type, flame-retardant type, cold-resistant type, acid and alkali resistant type, and oil-resistant type. Among them, the flame-retardant type is further divided into flame-retardant type for underground coal mines and flame-retardant conveyor belts for general use.
1. Canvas selection: NN nylon canvas is used
Features: small elongation, good stability, impact resistance, suitable for conveying materials under medium and long distance, high load and high speed conditions.
2. Rubber selection: natural rubber (NR)/butadiene rubber (BR)/styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) three-component mixed rubber is used to optimize the comprehensive performance of the rubber.
Features: Natural rubber has excellent comprehensive properties, butadiene rubber can more effectively improve the wear resistance and high elasticity of the rubber.
